Adore is a 100% volunteer-run youth network. This website itself collects nothing directly — there are no accounts, no logins and no payments here. Wherever you share information with us, this is what happens to it:
No funds, no financial data — ever
We do not accept donations, fees, or payments of any kind, on this site or elsewhere. All programs are open to all and run purely on volunteered time. Because we never take money, we never collect bank details, card numbers, UPI IDs, or any financial information. Anyone asking for money in Adore's name is not representing us — please report it immediately.
What we collect
- Contact form (name, email, country, phone, message) — sent to our team workspace so we can reply and route you to the right program or city team.
- Volunteer inquiry form — hosted on Google Forms; your responses there are governed by Google's privacy policy.
- Newsletter signup — handled by our mailing system; you can unsubscribe anytime via the link in any mail.
- Team directory — volunteer names, cities, roles and photos appear on the Team page and profiles. This comes from volunteer registration, where members consent to being listed.
Children
We work with school children in the field, but this website does not collect any data from children. Activity photos are published only with school and guardian consent, and we never publish a child's personal details.
Cookies & analytics
We do not set tracking cookies ourselves. Embedded content (Google Drive documents, flip-books, YouTube) may set its own cookies per those providers' policies. Basic, anonymised visit counts may be reviewed to understand which pages help people most.
Sharing & retention
We never sell or rent personal information. Contact messages are kept only as long as needed to respond and coordinate volunteering. To view, correct, or delete your information, email us and we will act promptly.
